Metropia

Yey! Next week is the sneak preview premiere and party of the Swedish animated movie Metropia. Several people I know have been involved in this film and I can't wait to see it. It shall be grand I tell you.

"Metropia takes place in a not-so-distant future. The world is running out of oil and the underground train systems have been connected into a gigantic subway network beneath Europe. Whenever Roger from Stockholm enters this system he hears a stranger’s voice in his head. He looks to the mysterious Nina to help him escape the disturbing web of the Metro, but the further they travel, the deeper he’s involved in a dark conspiracy." Click here for the official Metropia web page.

Today is the sleepiest of days. Working is slow, nodding off very easy.
Taking pics in the beautiful autumn sun seems like so much more fun than.... most anything else, today.

I hadn't heard of this...looks kind of Brazil-ish?

It just might be, though probably more edited, Northern style.

It premiered at Venice Film Festival and won the Future Film Festival Digital Award. Right now it's touring the world, and the Swedish film premiere will coincide with Stockholm Film Festival.

I'll know if our suspicions are right come Monday...
